AnasaYoga aims to the awareness of the self and at providing harmony to the body through the breath and asana practice.

It is  yoga of observation, meditation and development of awareness in consciousness.The system or mandala of practices offers a sequencing of meditation inducing movements and breath. A fluid Vinyasa practice focused on the breath and grounded movement.

@Sara Yoga means Essence Yoga.A practice of  Enbodiment.It is  a yin approach to practice, a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles.It heals the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. It works the deeper levels of the body/heart/mind. It allows us to heal, the ligaments, fascia, joints and bones and balance the energetic channels, meridians, nerves and blood system. One big difference noticed by students of @Sara Yoga is the long held, passive nature of the posture which gives time for a deeper journey to unfold, a journey into the meditative aspects of yoga, a bridge to living life mindfully.
