We offer an experiential approach to Yoga as conscious evolution. Balancing inner and outer alignment, and energetic flow from within our body’s natural movement . Our goal is full awareness and the path leading us there is creating this awareness through self observation. Systematically investigating the links between lifestyle, physical posture and movement, the complexity of the breath, the sensory systems, the movements of the mind, belief system and emotions. So every step along this path, every breath, every movement and every moment of stillness, leads to a greater sense of Self, greater physical strength and ease, greater focus and clarity of mind. We become able to listen deeper creating awareness and consciousness.

We develop and discover the link between our breath to our natural body movement. Through observation and inner listening we create greater awareness and attention, the spine gains fluidity and flexibility and so does all of the physical body. Healing occurs in the deep muscles, joints and tissues. Through alignment, engaging the muscles naturally and organically expanding we strengthen and address physical weaknesses and imbalances that may arise.

Mindfulness Meditation is the process by which momentary engagement is developed. Is the constant focusing and refocusing—moment to moment to moment—on the object of our awareness. This means directing full awareness upon the object of attention: It helps us to be more detailed employees, better friends, and more attentive parents. Developing this skill weaves a translucent thread of lucidity throughout the fabric of our existence. But most importantly, it allows the fullest expression of ourselves and authentic aspects of our being that we haven’t connected with in a very long time.
The challenge lies within the realm of our thoughts, the single biggest distraction from our absorption in the present moment. We are instead pulled into reflections of the past, dreams of the future, and what this means to our present moment experience.It is momentary engagement that is the key to silencing our thoughts. By focusing intently upon the task at hand, discursive thinking cannot populate the quiet space of our mind. Judgment ceases. And then, for the moment, we can just be.

This fluid Vinyasa system offers a slow breathing rhythmic sequencing of meditation inducing grounded movements . Through variations of Sun salutations, integrating all the groups of asana we create heat in the body, calming the mind and attain flexibility, clarity, stamina, sense of freedom and equanimity.
