Meet your health aim through a consultation with the teacher, and plan your mandala choosing the classes that will lead you to your desired goal. Choose from several Yoga styles personal & Wellness sessions.
Yoga sessions are breath inspired practices that vary from meditative and rejuvenating (lunar) to challenging and empowering (Solar). The emphasis of the class is on alignment, breath and meditation. In every class we flow creatively through all the groups of asana to create full body transformation, strength and fluidity, circulation and centering. Chakra bodywork, Pranayama and meditation are integrated within the practice.Classes are in English language. Daily morning and afternoon additional practices. Mats and other props used are available at Yoga Shala; you don’t need to take anything with you. Practices will be at Yoga Shala in Naousa village. AnapnoeYoga® is a slow and gentle yet deeply grounding & strengthening Integral Vinyasa practice that encourages the fluidity of the spine. Through deep long breathing we explore the divine wisdom of nature that lies within. The movement & breath awareness liberates one’s body – mind from deep rooted imprints.
Through this Yoga practice we become more receptive by finding our body’s natural movement, expression and inclination being in the moment. Movement unfolds from our core out in all directions. It is an integral practice that cultivates presence as embodiment.
Yoga sessions are rejuvenating and balancing practices (lunar). The emphasis of the class is on alignment, fluidity through the breath and awareness through the body. In every class wemove creatively through all groups of asana creating full body transformation, circulation and centering. Chakra work,Pranayama, Mantra, Yoga Nidra and Meditation are integrated within the practice.
Morning pranayama & Meditation, are followed by strengthening traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Comfortable yet challenging Asana is tailored to the group with plenty of individual attention and variations, so all get the most out of their practice. Afternoon practices are Lunar Yoga rejuvenating and Yin Yoga : healing & deepening awareness and consciousness.

Integral Meditation is the process by which momentary engagement is developed. Is the constant focusing and refocusing—moment to moment to moment—on the object of our awareness. This means directing full awareness upon the object of attention: It helps us to be more detailed employees, better friends, and more attentive parents. Developing this skill weaves a translucent thread of lucidity throughout the fabric of our existence. But most importantly, it allows the fullest expression of ourselves and authentic aspects of our being that we haven’t connected with in a very long time.
The challenge lies within the realm of our thoughts, the single biggest distraction from our absorption in the present moment. We are instead pulled into reflections of the past, dreams of the future, and what this means to our present moment experience.It is momentary engagement that is the key to silencing our thoughts. By focusing intently upon the task at hand, discursive thinking cannot populate the quiet space of our mind. Judgment ceases. And then, for the moment, we can just be.

This fluid Vinyasa system offers a slow breathing rhythmic sequencing of meditation inducing grounded movements . Through variations of Sun salutations, integrating all the groups of asana we create heat in the body, calming the mind and attain flexibility, clarity, stamina, sense of freedom and equanimity. Pranayama and meditation are integrated within the practice.It is practice of observation, meditation and development of awareness in consciousness.
