  We teach Integral Transformational Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga . We guide practitioners step by step through creative sequences providing all of the components each individual needs to enjoy the practice, get strong and be more present. By teaching alignment and how to pay attention to what is going on at the moment in the physical body, vital body, mind, and psychic body, we teach how to bring greater awareness into daily life.

Morning explorations of meditation and pranayama, are followed by welcoming, lively vinyasa yoga. Comfortable yet challenging asana is tailored to the group with plenty of individual attention and variations, so all get the most out of their practice. The afternoon deepening yoga will be focused on specific areas.

IranaJI An’ s  knowledge of yoga techniques and their interactions with the body and mind inspire a transformational approach to quests yoga practice. Her calm, generous and analytical teaching is loved by all whatever their yoga experience.

The Mandala of practices is appropriate for all levels of ability and all ages:

 Vinyasa -@AnasaYoga

This fluid Vinyasa system offers a slow breathing rhythmic sequencing of meditation inducing grounded movements . Through variations of Sun salutations, integrating all the groups of asana we create heat in the body, calming the mind and attain flexibilit, clarity,  stamina, sense of freedom and equanimity. Pranayama and meditation are integrated within the practice.

It is yoga of observation, meditation and development of awareness in consciousness.

AnasaYoga aims to the awareness of the self and at providing harmony to the body-mind through the breath,fluidity and freedom in well aligned asana practice.

Alignment in asana  and deep long Ujjayi pranayama experience are required in order to follow safely this practice.

 Beginners Vinyasa

A class for absolute beginners…
To inform and teach the new practitioner first to breathe and alignment in asana and then to link the wave of the breath and the graceful rhythmic movement of Vinyasa practice.
All groups of asana are integrated and taught according to the students body type and capacity.
No previous experience is necessary.

 Yin Yoga style-@SaraYoga

A non salutations practice – mainly mat practice, slow,relaxing and rejuvenating.This Yoga   stimulates and heals the  deeper  muscular tissues, the connective tissues, such as ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body .

Suitable for anyone with injuries,pregnancy, conditions, or just interested in moving slowly and release stress.

@Sara Yoga means Essence Yoga.A practice of Enbodiment.It is a yin approach to practice, a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles.It heals the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. It works the deeper levels of the body/heart/mind. It allows us to heal the ligaments, fascia, joints and bones and balance the energetic channels, meridians, nerves and blood system.
