Program
Wake up in the morning , soaking in sunrise light , sitting meditation in the early
tranquility of body and mind.
Immerse yourself within your true self, through guided meditation , and creative
asana flow to awaken your breath , your vital energy and your senses.
To feel and receive the scent of this powerful island..
Spend your noon at cozy beaches , finding solitude , or take a hike or ride to the
picturesque locations the island has to offer before the afternoon session.
Afternoon yoga session is to correct your postures ,answer your questions , flow ,
sit meditation and see your life through light and brightness .
Your evenings are to enjoy in any way you like most .
You can visit small fisherman villages and tavernas for a Greek traditional dinner .
We can recommend you restaurants and nice places to sit and enjoy the island
evening and music .
Yoga
The program consists of 5 morning sessions(10.30 to 12.30 hrs) and 4 afternoon sessions
(18:00 to 19.3o.30hrs).
Saturday upon arrival, we will have an afternoon introduction meeting at the villa.
Thursday ,only afternoon session, free morning.
Friday free day and party at the villa at 18:30 hs.
The sessions are in English language.

Attendance to each workshop/week is
limited : maximum 11 students.
