Mandala of Classes & Practices

Yoga mandala is a net of different classes designed to have a balanced practice in relation to your body-mind and the way you feel in the now. To practice in resonance with your present moment.

Using the mandala allows you to dive into a joyous Yoga practice in which, with constancy, you can change – feel more powerful productive and present in your life. Feel fit and love more.

 You can use the mandala either to have a balanced practice in your everyday life, or holidays – day by day as a workshop- for a period of time you choose.

To use the Mandala is important that you have an interview with Irana JiAn and layout how to enter it, for you to practice mindfully.

Solar Vinyasa -AnasaYoga

A flow style that links breath and asana in a creative practice. Through variations of Sun salutations, integrating all the groups of asana we create heat in the the body, calming the mind and attain flexibility, clarity, sense of freedom and equanimity. Breath work, Pranayama and meditation are integrated within the practice.Anasa Yoga aims to the awareness of the self and at providing harmony to the body through the breath and asana practice.It is a yoga of observation,meditation and development of awareness in consciousness .An experiential approach to conscious evolution.

Lunar Vunyasa_Anasa Yoga

Lunar practice helps us to slow down, focus inward, and transition from day to night. Unwinding and releasing the musculature through asanas can relieve the accrual of tension and the compression that gravity brings. The disks of the spine are rehydrated  through the intentional stretching and twisting of various asanas.Slow deep practice  based on a sequencing of meditation inducing movements and breath.A fluid Vinyasa practice focused on the breath and grounded spontaneous movement.Pranayama & Medtation are integrated within the practice.

Beginners Vinyasa

A class for absolute beginners…
To inform and teach the new practitioner first to breathe , alignment in asana , then to link the wave of the breath and the graceful rhythmic movement of vinyasa practice.All groups of asana are integrated and taught according to the students body type and capacity.No previous experience is necessary.

Yin Yoga

A non salutations practice – mainly mat practice. Yin Yoga works the deeper levels of the body/heart/mind: the connective tissues of the ligaments, fascia, joints and bones and the energetic channels , the meridians, nerves and blood system.One big difference noticed by students of Yin Yoga is the long held, passive nature of the posture which gives time for a deeper journey to unfold a journey into the meditative aspects of yoga, a bridge to living life mindfully.Suitable for anyone with injuries,pregnancy, conditions,stress or just interested in moving slowly.

Pregnancy Yoga

When you embark on the journey of pregnancy and birth, you enter a time of major life change, which also has the capacity to transform your way of being at every level.Yoga is of great practical assistance during this time, because its techniques of breath, movement, meditation and relaxation support your adaptation to pregnancy with ease and comfort and can help women encounter the adventure of mothering in a spirit of acceptance and joy.

Hatha Yoga Therapeutics

A physical therapy based program to restore balance to your system, to take care of injuries and heal the body .To address unbalances and specific issues like shoulders, neck and back problems.
Best for anyone whose health is a limitation to their evolution.

Aerial Yoga

AntiGravity Yoga provides a workout that allows you to stretch and strengthen without over-stressing your joints or compressing your vertebrae with  the hammock, a swath of silky fabric that acts as your support system. Using the hammock, you learn to invert and hang suspended in the air. Moves are derived from Pilates, dance, and calisthenics, in addition to yoga.

  • It is advised that you practice yoga on a empty stomach .Aerial  yoga has  inverting, spinning, and pressure of the hammock on your abdomen.
  • Long pants and a shirt with sleeves are must-haves, since the hammock can dig into your arms and legs under the weight of your body.
  • Those with certain medical conditions, such as glaucoma and high blood pressure, are advised not to undertake this practice.
  • As with any yoga practice, coming prepared with a sense of humor and a willingness to try new things goes a long way toward making an AntiGravity Yoga class a fun and relaxed experience.
